About Tommifaye Fulton
Hello, my name is Tommifaye Fulton President and Founder of Living Wells of Love Foundation. I want to take a moment and welcome you to our website, as well as introduce myself. It's important for me to share with you reasons why I began L-WOLF.
Growing up on the east end of Long Island New York, I came from a very large family. Being the 6th child out of 9 sibling, needless to say I got lost within the bunch, quite often. At age 11, my eldest sister passed away leaving her 8 children behind. It was a very sad time for us all. My parents raised us in one household.
Back then, our ages ranged from 6 to 16 years old.
I didn't come from a poor background or abuse, neglect or misfortunes. That was not my story like so many unfortunately. Our dad was an industrious person owning his own construction company. My mom was a devoted wife, mother, community leader, pastor and founder of 2 churches. Raising 16 kids plus 1 community child was an enormous undertaking to say the least for my parents.
But they did it, God blessed.

As children, we were provided for, cared for and given an education. My mother was our spiritual leader. She taught us to love and care for other people outside of ourselves. I watched my mom during those days pick people up she knew nothing about. Those people were prostitutes, drunkards, drug-addicts, and homeless individuals off the streets. She opened a mission in the heart of what was called "the Red-Light District"
Mom would bring strangers home with her. She would bathe them, feed them, and let them rest in our beds. She adopted a saying, “soup, soap, and salvation” meeting the needs of others was her life's work. She taught us so much that remains valuable to us to this day. She said, "you can’t tell people about Christ love until you first demonstrate Christ actions" Mother went onto to say, “how will they hear, if they are hungry, weary, and destitute" As children we didn’t fully understand her servants heart.
Today, we have her heart of love. I can proudly say, my parents demonstrated passion and purpose that is instilled in me to love others. I believe, your destiny is tied to your passion & purpose. Your plans should be fueled by what you love doing. Your burning desires is your driving force, that fuels energy pushing you towards greatness. Greatness doesn't mean you will be rich, have a huge following, or spotlighted. Success means different things to different people.
Servitude and seeing others grow and accomplish their dreams is my passion & purpose. Spotlighting others is who I am, what I love, and how I am going about my life. Serving and helping those less fortunate and vulnerable is a rewarding experience. Outreach is why Living Wells of Love Foundation came to be.
I want to be a “Living Well of Love” while I have time to make a difference. The people I serve are sometimes, disabled, children, women and the elderly.
My story began when I left home, married at age seventeen, my first child 3 months after my 17th birthday. By the time I was 23 years old I was struggling to survive. In a marriage that was unstable with 4 children. By age 29, I was divorced. Thankfully, all 4 of my kids are graduates from Universities. I am a graduate with a Masters in Criminal Justice and Law and currently working towards my Doctorate in Education.
Even though I suffer with a disability, wherein every morning I wake up in total pain and every night I lay down to rest from those pains, I keep going. If you saw me, you would never know how much pain I suffer with. I don't complain about it. I deal with it in my own way. The pain is unbearable most times but, I decided it wouldn't stop me, cripple me or define me.
I am a “Love Launcher” it’s through the love I witnessed from my mother as a child which gave me hope, healing, and encouragement. Christ love, gives me courage to lift others from their pains and hopefully inspire them.
I hope sharing my story will help you become a “Love Launcher" too. I created a saying, "Life only ends when you decide not to begin again"
As the song goes:
“Reach out and touch somebody’s hand, let us together make this world a better place, if we can".
Thank You.
